This option is available for our short-term renters. It is suitable for clients who are traveling for work or are contractors. You can sign a month-to-month agreement, but you must cover the cost of the two-month leasing agreement as a down payment. For the duration of your stay at the property, you must purchase comprehensive renter's insurance from a party of your choice. furthermore, for any damages done by you to the property, you will be liable for those repairs. Proof of income is required.  It is important to note that failure to uphold your leasing agreement is a breach of your agreement and will subject you to late fees added to your missing monthly payment due date. You will have 30 days' notice for you to vacate the property or be lawfully removed.

This option is available for our Long-term renters. It is suitable for clients who are residents of the local area in the PNW and various locations and long-term contractors. You can sign a 6-month-to-a-1-year leasing agreement or a 12-month leasing agreement. You must cover the cost of the two-month leasing agreement as a down payment. For the duration of your stay at the property, you must purchase comprehensive renter's insurance from a party of your choice. furthermore, for any damages done by you to the property, you will be liable for those repairs.
